About Simona
Founder and Creative Director of Fleur Milano, Simona Spaiardi combines artistic sensibility with a strong design-driven approach. For years, she has explored the expressive potential of natural materials — flowers, fruits, vegetables and foliage — translating them into installations for brands, hospitality and private clients.
Her work begins with listening: understanding people, the occasion and the desired atmosphere, then shaping them into an experience that is tangible, intentional and memorable.

We gather the brief, define goals and identify the audience, shaping the tone of the event together.

Moodboards and seasonal palettes are developed in harmony with the theme, the location and the client’s identity.

We translate the vision into a clear visual proposal, including sketches, references, material selection and timeline.

We source seasonal elements and curate the final set-up on site, down to the finest detail.
Seasonality & Material
Seasonality is our vocabulary. We work with what nature offers at the right moment, exploring unexpected combinations of flowers, fruits and vegetables. The palette grows from both season and theme: deep reds in winter, woodland greens and forest textures, ivory and light for more classic atmospheres. Every choice has an aesthetic purpose and a functional role.
